Customer service was very good. I ordered Scheepjes Catona Yarn 50g Balls in Petrol Blue (400) and Champagne (248). One of the colours had one ball from a different dye lot, so I got a prompt email pre delivery asking me if that was ok, as there was no obvious difference in colour. After replying that I didn't mind, I got another prompt email saying my package would be in the post that day. My order arrived well packaged and the colours are as expected.

Enjoyed using this yarn. Didn’t experience any splitting. Seems thicker than a 4ply to me. Yardage is the same as Rico baby cotton soft dk.
